Often even when I drink enough water, especially after a night of drinking. Dropped a tab in water at a friends house and woke up feeling like I hadn’t even drank. Will be using this going forward.

I absolutely love these, but not before about 10 minutes ago.When I got these in, I immediately tossed one in some water to try. I was immediately put off by the flavor. I didn’t notice any mango or pineapple, and the only flavor I noted was something like Emergen-c.Then I got incredibly drunk (not on the tablets, obviously) and woke up hungover. I immediately thought, maybe those tablets will help?Good god, they did. I’m not saying it’s a hangover cure, but I am telling you I feel infinitely better from just have a serving. And it even tastes better now? It’s sorta fizzy and slightly tart. I am not obsessed with these and will be purchasing them more often in the future.

This electrolyte hydrates better than Nuun and has calories. 102.81 mile bike ride w/ 7907’ elevation gain, 87° average temperature 102° max temperature and weight of six pounds less, I had no cramps. Even though I failed to hydrate properly, I still had no cramps. These products are not needed for short rides like 30 miles or 40 miles, unless the outside temperature is in the 90°F range and moderate to high intensity ride.

Loved the flavor. Hated the sucralose. Please make a cane sugar version!!I have used many of these types of energy drinks.. maybe 7-8. My favorite right now is SkratchI really like the portability of these tablets though, vs packets (SKRATCH uses packets).The problem is when it has sucralos I get a sugar high low & start to shake after.Skratch doesn’t do that, it uses cane sugar.I know it sounds like I am saying use Skratch, and it is my current favorite. But I mostly am just frustrated with all the sugar alternatives companies are using. Liquid IV uses an alternative, Nuun uses stevia… the aftertaste is also horrible.I know using cane sugar means “it has a lot of sugar”, but it is also much healthier .. just make a version for those who are ok with cane sugar please :)

I purchased the lemon flavored Science in Sport Go Hydro Electrolyte Tablets for use while marathon training. The flavor is not super strong but it definitely tastes like lemon and is really tasty. They are not bitter or overly salty and I didn’t notice any after taste. The tablets can easily be mixed in most water bottles and only take a short time (a few minutes) to completely dissolve. I’ve used other sports tablets that tasted grainy and used more harsh artificial sugars but the Science in Sport tablets completely dissolve and have not caused me any stomach discomfort. These tablets are a cheap, taste great, and are a convenient way to get in electrolytes without having to drink syrupy sports drinks.

Instant energy drink with hydration
As others have noted it is like a flat cola. The taste takes a bit to get used to. It is not a bad taste. Here in Australia the normal water bottles are 600ml, so just take a dip or two of water, break the tablet in half (so it fits in the opening), wait a few minutes and enjoy.Caffeine is 75mg about half the strength of an energy drink (based on 500ml. Same caffeine as a 250ml red bull) or the same as a cup of coffee. Since it is sugar free you don't get a crash from it.Preferable to either Powerade or Gatorade. Less sodium, but more of other minerals - calcium, magnesium and potassium.Summary - great for hydration and provides a mild caffeine boost that is not overwhelming. Sugar free so no crash. Flavour takes some getting used to, but it isn't badI will buy this again. This is my 4th order. 1st was 3 tubes, 2nd and 3rd were each 5 tubes. This last order was 8. Bear in mind I'm shipping to Australia so I need to keep the orders cost effective.
Don't waste your money
The flavor is awful, tastes like if I took cola flavored candy and diluted it in water, the ingredients are also questionable and bad, doesn't dissolve also that well...extremely overpriced for what you get
