I was using 200mg of DIM from another brand, it helped a bit, but nowhere near the way this one does. I actually stopped taking DIM altogether for a while, and during that time, I became more emotional and would snap into rage quickly. Then I started using DIM For Men, and within just a few days, my wife and kids noticed a big improvement in my mood. Now, after two weeks on it, it takes a lot to make me angry. I’m really glad I gave this product a try. I’m back to feeling like myself, without the rage or getting overly emotional during sad movies.

Everybody's body is different this product works for me but it may not work for you my suggestion would be by the first bottle try it and see if it works for you and then if it does make it your daily regimen. I noticed a difference within the first few weeks.

Well, I’ll be… I was looking for something to help with my hair. It has been thinning and is less dense than it used to be. I tried a couple different things that really didn’t work that well, but then my primary care physician recommended DIM. She pointed this out on Bolo from the seller. After one month of taking one capsule per day, my hairstylist remarked “what the heck are you doing? You have a whole bunch of new short hairs growing everywhere!” So I’ll have to say it’s been successful for me, a senior man. Oh, and my physician told me specifically that there are no side effects to worry about, especially at a single capsule a day doseage (PLEASE, this is NOT medical advice. I am not a doctor.) It’s just that it seemed to work for me and it seems like quite a value proposition. Perhaps you’d like to try it.

Great supplement for anyone on TRT. Works great to lower estrogen levels if you’re on TRT. I’m very much less “emotional” now that I’m taking these daily.No more dust in the air when Bambi or Ole’ Yeller gets put down!

It does help with estrogen metabolism and increases libido abit (for men) but thread carefully :- the dose is abit high , it should be maximum 150-200mg per capsule especially for first time tryers.- IMPORTANT : never take one and stop , the withdrawal effects will Tank your libido and mess with your hormones , to cycle it properly try :5 days on , 2 days off for a month then gradually decrease the intake to 1 evey 2-3 days for 1 week, then 1 every 4 days for the next week till youre off of it .Make sure to take a multivitamin 30 mins before it so you can help your body’s detox pathaways .That will ensure the body doesnt reuse the unexcreted estrogen

Since starting taking this, after a week of use, I’m down 3 pounds and using the restroom regularly without issue. Less bloat and that sluggish feeling.

My husband has been taking 3 pills a day (900mg day) for well over 6 months now, and his Estrogen levels have gone through the roof. His doctor recommended he no longer take this product.Why did you pick this product vs others?:My husband has been taking 3 pills a day (900mg/day) for well over 6 months now and his Estrogen levels are through the roof.
