I have had aquariums all my life 45 plus years and this is the worse carbon I have ever used. Suppose to be a direct replacement for Aquaclear 70 but the are much smaller dusty turned my water hazy 24 hours later and still not clear and I washed them thoroughly like always. They had a metallic smell and now I’m gonna have to do a water change save your money and spend a couple extra dollars and get the aqua clear branded carbon.

I was surprised that the carbon bags were so different in size. I'd expect a bit more quality/ consistency. I liked that they were in individual zip close bags.
