The reviews were interesting. I found them easy to apply. They didn't seem cheap but I was frustrated that I couldn't find an easy-to-use, free template, so I made my own in Word. I'll share my info if it helps. First, this is a portrait set up in Word (I may make a landscape one eventually, but am fine with the print in portrait). Caveat, I was using a color laser printer and it limits some settings, but this worked perfectly. Page margins were set for Top: 1.45", Bottom: 0.4", Left: 0.9", Right: 0.8". Then I put in a table with 7 rows and 5 columns. Columns 1, 3, & 5 were set for 2.13" width, Columns 2 & 4 were set for 0.16" width. Rows 1, 3, 5, & 7 were set for 1.8" Height, Rows 2, 4, & 6 were set for 0.45" height. It printed perfectly. After you've put in your graphics, just make the table edges invisible before printing and you're good to go. I've applied two of the labels, but am not yet happy with my word choices and flavor name, so I will print more. I fuzzed out my university in the label, just in case. They are picky about anything that represents them online. Hope this helps!

The listing says inkjet and laser printer compatible, but it only jammed my printer. I never got one to go through properly.Also, there is no digital template for use. I had to create one from scratch using inkscape. It would have been nice, but since the labels don't work with my laser printer, I can't use the template I created

Once I was able to set up a template, i was able to print my lip balm labels out. Easy to print and then attach to the tubes. I have ordered twice and am happy with how they work.

These stickers are very good for labeling homemade lip balms. I just used fine line marker pens and wrote on the labels. When putting the labels on the tubes, make sure to put them where you want them lined up the first time. Once they’re on the tubes, it’s hard to adjust. The labels have great adhesive and the tab lets those you are giving the lip balms to know they haven’t been used before. The labels even overlap when put around a standard lip balm tube to ensure the label is on extra securely. When making your labels, be sure to allow for that overlap with your design.

Don’t buy this item. It does not have a template! I looked everywhere for one and I ended up making one up myself and I just spent way too much time on this that didn’t need to be.

The most challenging aspect of this process was locating a suitable template for the labels. After some research, I found out that the template is actually sold separately and who wants to do that. After a day search, I found a file by the company that provided an excellent starting point. From there, I formatted a template in Canva, which proved to be perfect. I hope this information is helpful. Although I had to make some minor adjustments, it turned out to be more effective than any other method I attempted.

I've spent about 5 hours trying to make this usable and it it absolutely useless, and here's why:The paper is not any exact dimension. It is nearly US Letter size (8.5 x 11) but it is slightly longer. This means that even if you make a pixel perfect template (which I did), it still does not align. I've even used a caliper to measure precise dimensions, calculated precise ratios, overlaid the actual paper on my screen to match perfectly, and still the actual print was completely offset/distorted.I've also tried various different print settings, notably the "Fill Entire Paper" setting and the scale to 100% setting using 612px × 792px in my design. Again, pixel perfect. 10 pages later (test pages of course), no luck at all. I've tried a few other things as well (using actual dimensions) but it doesn't matter since the paper does not fit any standard.There is no reason for this product to have 4 stars. Calling it "Printable" is extremely misleading to a point where I think this is borderline predatory. And unlike many other reviews who complain that there is "no template", I made my own and it is still unusable, so no excuses there. Don't say I didn't warn you.

It is Matte paper. Either they shipped me the wrong one or this is a listed wrong.
Almost perfect
They come with no instructions on how to set them up but the labels are good quality... I set up a page in canvas with the dimensions from someone on here so I have a template now ...otherwise I'll order again

No template or link to a template so you can design the label for your tube. VERY disappointing.
These labels come with no link to download a template from which to print. I could not print them to fit my tubes without.
