This is a good size for larger needs than the smaller packets. If you need to maintain 49% relative humidity then this is exactly what you need. The two way humidity control keeps the contents at 49%. Boveda is a leader in these two way humidity control packs so you know you can trust the accuracy.

This is my second purchase of this item, and I do kinda recommend it.It's certainly more convenient than other methods like filling a rubber "snake" with water etc.I tried a bunch of those and was not impressed with any of them.This works okay and is convenient, but my results are inconsistent.I use it in a case with a small-body acoustic guitar.The first sachet I bought a few years back worked pretty good.I doesn't consistently keep the humidity in the case at 50%, but 40% plus most of the time, so that is pretty good.But that was the first one. The manufacturer recommends replacing after 3 months, I believe, but mine kept going strong for well over a year.It finally seemed to become less effective, so I decided to replace it.The new one doesn't do nearly as good.Same guitar, same case, same hygrometer but the humidity barely gets above 30%, so way below what is considered "healthy" for an acoustic, plus no where near the performance of the first one, so I don't know.It's worth a try, but don't expect miracles.

Waste of money. Followed all instructions after emailing company for support. Doesnt work. Not even a little. Humidity started at 70%. After 4 weeks still at 70%.

This packet is larger than the ones bought at the shop. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It has kept my stuff fresh and moist. I really loved how it came packaged inside another plastic wrapper making it stay gooey and fresh. I was able to put it into a bigger jar. So far has not disappointed. It helps to have a darker jar to keep light out too.

楽器の調湿から校正目安にも
開封後しばらく置いておくと本気出してきます。ジップロックに入れてしばらく放置後、校正したい物をその中に密閉すれば校正もスムーズにできます。温度変化の少ないところで観察してみましょう。
管楽器には向かない
直ぐに水分一杯になってしまった。サックスには向かないです。
必要な時期に売り切れているのが困ります…
ギターの乾燥と湿度に神経を遣っていて購入。ギターケースがすでに乾燥している状態からは49%までなかなか上がらず浴室で湿気を上げて自己責任で使用しました。ボディとネックにひとつずつ。時々湿度計でチェックして理想の湿度にはなりませんが何もしないで放置するよりかは安心感があります。よく晴れた日にケースを干そうとしたら、1袋だけ漏れていました。サックに入れていたので液体は出ていませんでしたがドキリとしました。そのため星-1とさせていただきます。
