I am so glad we used this on our hiking socks to prevent blisters! We hiked Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon and got no blisters. I love this stuff.

A friend of mine let me try this one night out and after i immediately bought it. I don’t know what magic is involved but if you apply this to the soles of your feet; you can dance in your heels all night. Any shoes that hurt prior will never hurt again. Amazing product!
