I’ve had this wok for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve ever used. The nonstick surface is fantastic, food just slides right off, and cleanup is super easy. It heats up quickly and evenly, and I love that it works perfectly on my induction cooktop. The handle stays cool even when the pan gets really hot, which is great when I’m doing high-heat stir-frying. It just feels solid and well made.What really sold me, though, is the lifetime warranty. It’s rare to see a company back their product like that, and it gave me confidence in the purchase. I’ve used it for everything from stir fries to searing meat, and it handles it all like a pro. Even after repeated use, it still looks and performs like new. If you’re looking for a reliable, high quality wok that will last, this is 100% worth it.

Perfect cookware to have in your kitchen. Excellent quality for the price. I wish I had bought a whole set before they jacked up the prices. I love the fact that it’s durable and clean easily; however, you must be careful that it’s dry before storing as the rim can rust. I love the fact that I use less oil.

We were hesitant to purchase bc of the price, but this wok, pot, frying pan, bowl has been the best kitchen utensil purchase we’ve made in a long time. It’s gorgeous, has the perfect weight so as not to be so heavy I dread using it (like LeCreuset) and not light and flimsy like many cheap pots and pans. I absolutely love using this! I’ve been using it every day since we purchased it and bc of the craftsmanship, durability, even cooking and quick clean up we’ve decided to purchase the entire Hexclad set. My husband and I went back & forth with me wanting the 12” and him saying just get the 14”— I gave in and purchased the 14” and I’m so glad I did! I use this as a large bowl as well. It’s gorgeous, functional and truly is high quality. On a side note: we are not Gordon Ramsay fans and my husband was actually annoyed at how much we love this bc he really can’t stand him (I couldn’t care less) — but even my hubby admitted that Ramsay endorses a great product. We’re sorry we didn’t pick up the entire set during their Black Friday sale but we will purchase their largest set as soon as they go on sale again. Really can’t recommend this cookware highly enough. Fabulous! I cannot believe I’m so excited over cookware! Lol! I suddenly feel so old! But if you’re on the fence about this, I strongly recommend buying bc you’ll get a lot of use out of it and it’s a beautifully made, solid piece.

I’m slowly converting all of my pans over to hex clad because of the tremendously great quality. It’s nonstick but does not have any of the nasty chemicals that are in Teflon, etc. They have a nice heavy weight to them. They are dishwasher safe. You can use metal utensils with them. They wash up like a dream. Totally 100% happy with every hex clad skillet, griddle, wok, etc., that I have bought.

Would return if I could . Glad only brought one to test. Nice pan except food sticks to much. If I season it a little before each use it’s better. Priced too high. Going back to ceramic

I like the size and there is no sticking. My only problem is the weight. Woks are nice when lighter since it is often lifted off the fire to stir the ingredients of the pan. However, this wok probably weighs twice as much as my last one and isn't easy to use one handed for long.

これまでは安物のフライパンを買い替えながらきましたが、処分するのが大変に感じてきたので思い切って高価な本品を購入しました。多少重さは感じますが取っ手が２つあるので楽です。焦げつくこともなく後片付けも楽です。深さもあるのでお蕎麦を茹でるのにも使ってます。良い買い物をしました。
Toller Wok - sehr zu empfehlen
Ich habe den HexClad Wok (35cm) jetzt seit ein paar Wochen im Einsatz und bin echt zufrieden. Hier mal meine Eindrücke:Fast nichts klebt an: Ich war skeptisch wegen der Hybrid-Beschichtung, aber die Antihaft-Funktion ist super. Selbst bei Gerichten mit wenig Öl bleibt meistens nichts haften.Einfache Reinigung: Stärkehaltige Lebensmittel können schon mal leicht ansetzen. Allerdings lässt sich der Wok relativ einfach von Hand reinigen. Bei mir kommen Pfannen und auch der Wok grundsätzlich nicht in die Spülmaschine, weshalb ich zur Spülmaschinentauglichkeit nichts sagen kann.Gute Größe: Mit 35 cm ist er ideal für größere Portionen. Ich koche oft für mehrere Leute, und es passt alles locker rein, ohne dass ich ständig rühren muss, damit nichts überläuft.Solide Qualität: Er liegt gut in der Hand und ist stabil, ohne zu schwer zu sein. Der Griff wird beim Kochen auch nicht heiß, was ich bei anderen Pfannen oft nervig fand.Einziger kleiner Punkt: Der Preis ist schon etwas höher als bei anderen Woks. Aber wenn man viel kocht und etwas Langlebiges sucht, lohnt sich die Investition meiner Meinung nach. Bisher bin ich rundum zufrieden!

F1ドライバー・角田裕毅がHEXCLADのアンバサダーに就任したタイミングでタイムセールをしていたので購入。【利点】本商品のウリでもあるが、一般的なフライパンと比較しても段違いに食材がくっつきにくい。それに加え、中華鍋型というのもあってとてもあおりやすい。【欠点】重い。そのため、アルミ製のフライパンから移行するとなると慣れるのに時間がかかるかもしれない。ただ、利点がそれを補って余りあるほど優れているので、個人的にはあまり気にならない。【その他】『焦げ付いて取るのが大変』『全然ノンスティックじゃねえよ』というレビューも散見されるが、使ってから1ヶ月弱、炒め物からカレーまで色々試したが特にそういったことは見受けられない。ただ、説明書にある油慣らしをするのが初回だけなのか毎回なのかがイマイチわからなかったので、一応毎回しているのはあるかもしれない(お手入れ方法として"中性洗剤で洗う"と書いてあったため、初回のみの油慣らしでは効果が期待できないのでは？と判断)。

J'étais sceptique avec toutes les publicités qu'on voit sur cet objet, mais j'ai sauté le pas et je ne regrette vraiment pas. plus rien n'accroche et on peu utiliser une spatule en inox/fer etc.... ca ne raye pas !Tout cuit parfaitement, même à petit feu - pas vraiment besoin de graisse.J'en suis ravi et si je devais en racheter pour des amis, je le ferais les yeux fermés.
