This one is bigger than the previous bag I had which allows me to put more than just my charger into the bag, and so far after a month it's holding up well and seems well made for the price. It was easy enough to put on and had more than enough room to tighten around the stem of my scooter, however the top straps couldn't quite reach up to my handle bars, which either way I ended up putting them onto my lock anyways which worked just as well. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, I'm pretty confident this will last longer than my previous bag and I'm very happy with the size of it for what I was looking for.

This storage bag is perfect for my scooter. It has a large storage area with enough room to carry lots of items. It has a mesh divider to keep items secure. An added clip to store keys. This is built strong and is water proof. Easy to install with straps that are adjustable for every scooter. I highly recommend this bag.

I purchased the Hiboy Waterproof and Stable Handlebar Bag for my H2 electric scooter and within weeks, the stitching on the strap became undone. Because I was barely out of the Bolo return window, I had to deal directly with Hiboy (more like OhBoy) which was a less than ideal experience. First, the return policy in place is ridiculous. It requires a formal request, via email, with both photographic evidence AND VIDEO evidence of their shabby craftmanship. In this day and age, getting a video small enough to send to their servers was like freeclimbing Mount Everest. In the winter. Then, after finally sending them a 2 second video of their poorly crafted product, they simply ghosted me. I never heard back from them, although they were certainly very diligent in following up in their demands to receive videographic evidence. If you need a bag to store your stuff, please look elsewhere. I'm not the first and I won't be the last to purchase and return this clearly poorly built handlebar bag.
