Ease of fastening to middle toe of foot with hammer toe. I use to keep my toes stationary or they will curl under due to hammer toe.

I was sure there were four in this pack when I went to open it and thought I'd already lost one. However, when I went to put the very first one on, the elastic strap that goes over your toes came undone. I'm sure you could find a way to thread it back, but why bother. They should have glued the ends at the bottom. Anyway, they are going back tomorrow which is a small shame because they took nearly a week to arrive. Not seemingly the seller's fault. Something was going on in Buffalo, New York it seems. Not sure if it was UPS related or external, but that added a couple of days.
