The gel pad works very well on my bicycle seat. Iโve had prostate issues and the gel pad has made my biking very comfortable.It is thick enough to eliminate any discomfort.Highly recommend.

I purchased this gel pad for the Seat on My Concept2 Rowing machine! And This works Perfect for Me ,It gives my bottom/Tailbone the comfort needed to do Long Row sessions (60+) Without Pain! Highly recommend this over the memory foam seat pads!! Also... the dimensons fit perfect so i didnt need to cut it added bonus the gel had plastic to peel off and is sticky underneath so it stuck my seat and it stays where i need it with no movement i didnt peel off the plastuc part that i sit on but you cant even tell its there!

For tailbone pain and no fat on me this gel square meets the need. Whether lying down or sitting it extends the time to do so. I even take it to church to sit on. Good product!
