I ran out of these probiotics and thought it wasn’t a big deal. I used some old ones for a few days and stopped using them. I didn’t change anything else and I couldn’t go to the restroom. I was back to pebble poop. I started the old probiotics and nothing. I was so confused. I’m eating whole foods, prebiotic veggies, limiting sugar, vinegar tonic, and doing everything else. Then my subscription to this probiotic came in the mail and I was like “ugh. I thought I cancelled this. I don’t need it. I need to take the ones I have. But I guess since I paid for them I’ll take them.” 1 day later my tummy felt funny. Day 2 I was passing gas all the time -so embarrassing. This morning, I had the biggest crap of my life. I’m sold. I won’t stop taking these again. lol
