No nicotine but 100% calms my nicotine fits
I know there is 0% nicotine but something about it is very calming. I'm normally a 300 pound construction working menace, mean violent big man when I don't have my nicotine. But these actually calm me enough to be able to keep a level head. Does not taste like a real cigarette but not horrible and will calm you down when you need it.
Got me sick
I should have checked before getting theses, i got then to stop smoking, but after 4 cigarettes I finally realized they crap, they smell horrible worst then weed, it’s taste kinda like a cigarette but then it gave me a bad headache and dizzy, I feel horrible, I can’t find info anywhere abt then and idk wtf I smoked cuz there’s nothing to tell me whst was in it and the website isn’t there. Don’t buy they horrible just vape or gum or anything but this not worth the money

I never smoked tobacco, only marijuana up until getting a couple these. They advertised the cigarettes as not containing tobacco, but virginia flavor is tobacco flavor & smoking a full pack of them confirmed it.It tastes awful, it has no benefit of feeling like you're smoking, they come apart easily, the pack it comes in is easily destroyable, and they don't light easily.The worst part is they emit an odor & smoke thats powerful and one that cops thought was weed, so good job people. There is more better options out there, consider them carefully.
Mild Enough to be Good
Doesn’t taste like a real cig by any means but the action relieves the desire to have nicotine. Herb flavor wasn’t too strong, so I could tolerate them.
Helps to separate the habit from your addiction, so you can tackle one at a time!
I've tried a few brands of herbal cigarettes and personally these ones seem the closest to a Marlboro Light to me. A lot of other ones are very harsh and hurt to smoke, but these ones are actually easier on me and are smoother. They seem like they burn slightly faster than a normal cigarette, but they are definitely slower than some other herbals.Keep in mind, I use nicotine replacement products too, so it stops my cravings when I start getting antsy using a patch. It's like scratching an itch, so that I don't absolutely fail. It also works well in situations in which I would be almost certain to fail (such as while having drinks). I leave my patch on, instead of going to get real cigarettes while intoxicated.I haven't had to use them lately, because it managed to decouple my smoking habit from my nicotine addiction. I subconsciously got used to smoking not giving me a boost of nicotine, because a patch is steady. However, as I have lowered patch strengths, it is nice to have something to fall back on, if withdrawals trigger my habit and cause an intense craving. That way, I don't get set back in my progress. It also helps to save these for when you really need one. I have certain triggers (intensely concentrating on something, drinking, or stressed out, etc.) and these help me at those specific moments and train me subconsciously to not expect smoking to give a nicotine boost.Retraining bad habits and ditching an addiction are hard things and I think these do help. They also look and feel like you are holding a real cigarette, so that helps on separating the habit from the addiction too.

I usually don’t leave reviews but after having the cherry fall completely out of this cigarette, I wanted to warn people !These damn things are messy to begin with , you literally have to have an ashtray directly under to catch the ash ! If I wasn’t holding this cigarette over an ashtray, I would have been burnt. A favorite tshirt now has a burn hole 😤 The smell is horrible and they taste even worse. Signed 51 year smoker with 3 months nicotine free. WOOP 🙌 There are better ones out there !!!
waste of money, just make your own herbal cigarettes
if i had to choose between being forced to smoke 300 cigarettes in a row or just TWO of these, I would pick the cigarettes and I don't even use tobacco.if you're looking for tobacco alternatives, or things to mix with green plants to use less/save money/keep a low tolerance, then look elsewhere. they don't list ingredients on Bolo, and obfuscate them on their website; never giving a direct ingredient list.the smokes themselves are unpleasant at best, ingredients taste and feel stale. the cigarettes are poorly packed, the paper is of cheap quality. no word on where the ingredients are sourced too, so who knows what chemicals were involved with the growing process.based on smell i'm guessing it's mostly damiana and mullein. You can find large bags of each for much cheaper than these "cigarettes" go for. there are so many viable herbs for smoking that can be a replacement for cigarettes. These are not one of those replacements.all in all, do your research, find herbs that you enjoy and stick to those. Mint, blue lotus, damiana, mullein, are all good starters.however, if you like having a nasty aftertaste and throwing money in the trash then this is the brand for you.
I quit smoking using these cigarettes!
I liked that the are just like a Marlboro light except the smell, yep it’s awful! But guess what I quit smoking after 35 years!!!!! It sucks cause I love to smoke. I smoked in my house, my truck and my barn. I’m a woman with horses. Two weeks in I feel better n breathe better already. I quit to be healthy for my grand children so I can teach them how to ride, take them on trips and everything else Grandmas do without all of us smelling like an old ashtray and exposing them to a very unhealthy habit. Im bullheaded as hell n Yes I love to smoke so now I just inhale second hand smoke when one of my friends are smoking lol. Good luck, you can do it!!
