Delicious mild curry with a big aromatic effect. I love it with sprinkled on eggs, vegetables and rice. Perfect for drumsticks broiled and marinated with lemon and garlic. For a stronger curry stew use like 1 tablespoon per pound of meat and just add crushed garlic and some hot sauce, or spicy Chile powder like a pinch of arbol or cayenne and be transported to India.
