The color is also just right, not black-looking and not too light.Waterproof:It is truly waterproof. I use it to tightline and sometimes a little comes off in the inner corners, but overall it stays in place. I like that it does not transfer to my lower lash area like some others.Quality:This is consistently good quality and fresh. Functionality:It does what I need it to do, lasts and is easy to apply. It does not tug and is not too dry.

I love Milani makeup and this eyeliner is no exception. It goes on with ease and stays on. It doesn't irritate my eyes.it is a great value and definitely recommend.

It’s nice and smooth. Great color. However, I am on the hunt for a pencil eyeliner that doesn’t smudge. Sadly This isn’t it.

This is easy to apply. It does not drag your skin. It lasts for a good amount of time and does not smear. I am 76 and have always worn eyeliner . I have tried many different brands and this is working well for me. It is waterproof and the color is a deep brown. I have blue eyes and it highlights the blue. It has a durable foam tip on the end to smudge the line. I am very satisfied with this liner and I will buy again.

Best eye liner I have ever used. Soft texture, stays put all day. Easy to apply. Most waterproof stuff I tend to be overly sensitive to but not this one. Its really nice.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Such a nice black eyeliner that actually stays on. It glides just right. Better value than the name brand liners too.

Applies very smooth and evenly. When waterlining or tightlining upper lid, it immediately transfers to lower.Lasts all day, but melts under the eye after a couple hours (I don’t apply under the eye).

Bought this because I saw a review about different eyeliners on utube. This came out the best so I thought I would chance it, I already have three or four that don’t last very long. However this one stays put all day! In fact I went to bed with it on and in the morning it looked just as good!! I would highly recommend it ,my only concern is , because it’s so good, is it packed with chemicals that can hurt your eyes?🤔
