Got one for each of my kids and their behavior has changed almost overnight! I have depression and use this to track self care activities. It works well and I like how customizable the goals are. I use it everyday and chuck it in a drawer but it's still held up very well, it's a sturdy book.

...kids OR preteens. I had to tailor for 3 grandkids. I used different color stars for each child and wrote in their individual rewards. Can you imagine trying to haul 3 books around?! Nah! I already haul around e-devices, snacks, etc. I DO like the number of habits they provide. Not meant for 11 and older. This works for me because I'm a hands on, writing type...lol. I've tried apps, but I don't like being a slave to technology. The kids really get into it and almost get competitive with it because they're always counting how many stars they have... lol. Just stay consistent with it and you'll see results.

I love that this came with 60+ task cards. There's multiple blank ones, you can fill in. You can keep the cards in the book (slots provided). It also came with reward ideas, which was nice. Tons of stickers! I love that it's bright and colorful. You can write in how many stickers for the week are needed for the reward.The only thing I dislike, is it's too heavy and won't stay up with magnets on the fridge. I'm looking for other ways to display it. My son loves to be able to count his stickers every night.

I’m going to review each category as follows:Content:I love the layout, and the fact that there are standard chores/manners and then blank ones to tailor specifically for children. The flexibility of adjusting each week’s goals or whenever the child succeeds at it, can “step-up” to the next level in category. I love the feasibility in setting up and enforcing it, especially for working single moms. The illustration helps toddlers understand what that behavior or routine looks like.Quality:The material is sturdy. Pages do not tear off. The color is exciting for children. The size is just right. I love the fact that it is a binding book format, I can reflect back with my toddler on his progress, how he has improved, and discuss next week’s goals. My favorite part is it can be stored for memory keepsake.Money:The price is absolutely WORTH EVERY PENNY. The design of it seems like it was backed by research because it targets social behaviors and routines that kids with ADHD tend to forget.I have 3 boys; originally I had bought it for my 4 year old. However, my 13 year old and 10 year old are asking me to buy one for them…. And here I am buying two more! I might end up buying more in case it goes out of stock lolThank you for taking the time to design an effective reward system that allows the children to be excited in the process!

The media could not be loaded. We started doing small chores/things. He needs to do to get very small allowance weekly about six months ago. It was hard to keep track of everything until I bought this maybe seven or eight weeks ago. He doesn’t need to read because he can look at the pictures of what he needs to do to get a sticker, and he’s also learning of the days of the week because he knows where to put the stickers on what days and it comes with so many stickers that you are not gonna run out. after six weeks We decided to switch out a couple of his chores and he took Wright to it because again it had pictures so he knew to expect. So it used to say for one of his. I got dressed today and now it says I did not whine today.One of my fav purchases for him this year!

I was looking forward to getting my kids on track during a long trip and thought this would be a great tool to keep them nice, but in the end, wasn’t intuitive on the rules and I ended up not using.

Very happy with this book. I expected the cover and cards to be paper, buts they are plastic with a few plastic storage pocket pages. This will hold up well!
