I've been using this to assist and possibly lower my anti-depressant use. I've noticed a great mood improvement and it seems to help lower my appetite. Since I've been taking this supplements I've been able to take the bare minimum dose of antidepressant and still maintain keep the same mood level the antidepressant was giving me. Disclaimer: it's not advisable to take excess amounts of l-tryptophan while taking antidepressants especially SSRI's.

I’ve been using this for 6 months. It definitely helps me to relax before going to bed and I sleep sounder. I really like this combination. Highly recommend this product.

this supplement calms the sympathetic nervous system and reduces sweating. it has a calming effect when in nervous situations. it also seems to promote better sleep.

helps me get a good nights sleep
I take 3 an hour before bed time and I sleep well and rested. I wake up without any groggyness. I would highly recommend for anyone having trouble sleeping.
Severe scary reaction
Warning!I tried a single capsule despite the dose being 3, with a severe reaction.My throat became very sore and lymph node on one side swollen. I almost couldn’t swallow. Also had very loud tinnitus in one ear and a hissing sound in the other. Did some research and found out serotonin also governs throat tension and inner ear stuff.A tiny amount was enough to cause these horrible effects. I was very scared.I assume the product is fine for most, just wanted to say… try 1 first!

Works well, but misleading strength. Only 1300mg per serving. Serving size is 3 caps so only 433mg per cap.
Soothing.
Tryptophan, an essential amino acid,taken in higher dosage does relieve stress,and induces sound sleep.
