Super useful to have if you aren't using a cigar ashtray; i.e., when you're on the road and smoking a cigar in a hotel's outdoor smoking area (where you should NOT count on finding a cigar ashtray!). Folds flat when not in use, and keeps your cigar off the table between puffs when deployed. A three-pack for under ten bucks is a good deal.

Have been looking to get myself some stands, and I had placed these in my list. The wife purchased these with some other items, and inadvertently got two sets. I took one to my Dad's house for our Saturday get togethers. These are great, compact and easy to use. I love the simplicity of them. I just need a nice little seating arrangement at the homestead to utilize them with friends and a great cigar.

I usually smoke my cigars on the patio which has a wooden fence near where I sit. I just have a chair there no table. So where can I rest my cigar. Ideally on the ashtray on a table, neither of which I have there. So now I have the cigar holder. Open that up, put it on top of the fence, right beside my drink, and relax.The holder is nice and hefty, so a stiff breeze won't blow it over. It has a nice shiny/polished look and does a good job of drawing the eye to the cigar and not to the holder.All in all, I am happy with this purchase.
