They are so comfortable, breathable, and they appear small and snug but stretch very well. I am about a 2x and was worried these would be tight and possibly hurt my incisions, but I LOVE them. Now, I will say that the top hem came right to my incision sites (I do have a belly, and they cut me well above the belly button line), but the hem just pulls out super easily and gives you another inch. I loved them so much I didn't want to run out so I took a shot and put them in mesh bags and ran them through the washing machine. I air dried them and they were almost like new. I got another wear or two out of each of them,they do just get a little thin sometimes if you do that. Overall, I am so glad I got these and highly recommend.

I put 5 stars in the hope that this review gets seen and noticed. If you have a c-section please read!! The material of these underwear’s are not soft whatsoever. Every time I would shift while sitting or stand up, the fabric would rub against my skin causing inflammation, discomfort, and a strong burning sensation. It actually hindered my healing process. I strongly recommend looking into a different brand or even purchasing women’s diapers. I also have a friend that experienced the same thing when using this product so please be cautious if you decide to wear this product when getting a c-section!!

I got these to use in the hospital after my c-section and I am SO glad I did.My weight and height is listed at the bottom of my review for reference.Here’s what I liked:-The crotch area is wide enough to comfortably fit one of the huge hospital pads.-They’re not sheer at all, meaning I could wear them around the hospital room without needing actual pants.-They are extremely comfortable and lightweight.-They are high waisted so they didn’t rub against my incision site.-They are just the right amount of stretchy, never feeling too tight but also snug enough to not fall down.-I’m usually able to get a couple maxi pads worth of use with one pair before needing to switch to a new pair.-They are well made.-They’re surprisingly inexpensive for the quantity and quality.The only con… they leave a weird kind of grippy residue on your skin. Not a crazy amount but just something I noticed…I loved these in the hospital so much that I ordered two more packs when I got home to use with regular maxi pads. 10/10 would recommend and will always get them for a baby shower gift moving forward!I purchased the “regular” size.Height: 5’ 3”Weight at hospital: ~210lbsWeight at home: ~180/185lbsThey fit comfortably at both weights!

These underwear are great! All of the reviews boasted about how much better these are than the ones in the hospital, and they were right. Quite frankly, I didn't find the hospital ones to be uncomfortable at all and they did the job, so I really thought people were exaggerating. But once I got home and put on a pair for myself, I knew what people were talking about. They have a super comfortable stretch that doesn't dig in or cause irritation, and they come up nice and high with a thicker material, but it doesn't feel bulky, just cozy and secure. They fit and hold even the largest of pads, and the ice pack pads fit in here better than any other product I tried.I would definitely recommend doing some sort of adult diaper/postpartum diaper for those first couple days so you don't have to worry so much about putting on pads and making sure they stay in place, but these were awesome in the later days when I wasn't in so much pain and my bleeding slowed down a bit.

These are super comfortable. I wish I had used them with my first two babies and wish that I had brought them with to the hospital. So much more comfortable than the stuff the hospital provides. I didn’t have any issues with them tearing when putting on fresh pads. They do a great job holding everything in.

I love these so much. In comparison to the disposables the hospital gives you, these have a thick texture. The material is so thick that you can wear them all day as opposed to changing them out with every bathroom break. They fit perfectly, too. Very snug and comforting

These have to be part of your postpartum journey!! They’re soft, stretchy, comfortable. It stretches out to your body and are good quality, they’re thin in a perfect way. I use to wear them even after I was done postpartum bleeding that’s how comfortable they are lol. 10/10 forsure.

Great for using with pads and diapers postpartum. Fit petite bodies
Look like bicycle shorts and super comfortable for wearing in the hospital and at home. I used these post partum overstop of adult diapers and then eventually used pads in them. I used the same pair for a few days since they were more like shorts with a layer in-between. They lasted well despite the frequent up/down with diaper changing, putting on/pulling off pads, and stretching out from wearing. They never got baggy, they aren't too hot and they do breathe pretty well. I am 5' and went up to 135lbs during pregnancy and found that I could wear both petite and regular size just fine. They have lots of stretch but are small enough to fit small bodies too. If I had to choose, I would get the petit though especially after the first week or two postpartum as the belly started to shrink down and I was wearing less diapers.Highly recommend. 10 pairs lasted me the first 3 weeks in the way I was using them. I am not one to like spending lots of money on things that are thrown out, but I would 100% be willing to buy these again for postpartum wearing.
