When I went to my Chevy dealer for a service on my 22 Trail Boss, they recommended I get the BG top end cleaning, and it was amazing. Sludge build up is a concern with direct injection engines and BG has come up with a solution that doesn’t require removal and blasting. I now use this in my two high mileage cars and my truck every couple of months, and will get the cleaning service every year or so. Improvement in performance and mileage is instantly recognized. Not inexpensive for sure, but preventative maintenance is always cheaper in the long run.

I took my car to the shop for a 90K mile service. The car also had sluggish acceleration, especially up-hill. The shop suggested cleaning the injectors for around $230.00. My son used to work at the facility, so I called him to see what they did to clean the injectors. He said they just added the BG 44K fuel injector cleaner to the gas. So, I ordered it and did it myself. I took a trip to Arizona and added one bottle of the cleaner at each fill up along the way. By the third bottle the car was accelerating normally, and I saw an improvement in the gas mileage. I'm not sure your supposed to use all three bottles back to back like that but it seems to have worked fine. So far so good.

I can't begin to tell you the performance I've been getting from my F-150 since I started using BG44K. I used to use one of those fuel system cleaners from my local auto store until a friend told me about BG44K. When I was using the store bought fuel injector cleaners I couldn't tell the difference in performance. I took my F-150 in for service and the mechanic asked me if I was using BG44K, he said he could tell just by the sound of my engine and way it accelerates.
