Great substitute for batter when practicing pitching! Very durable and sturdy and continues to help my kiddo learn ball control and placement. Now the strike zone in height measured from the ground against this product is from 2 to 3 ft area. The frame strands much taller so you may take in consideration of this or adjust. It's close or equal to an adult in the box with 6 ft height. All together still great product and helps my kiddos simulate a real person really well.

The frame splintered and now will not stand up alone. I tried to fix it with duct tape and that didnt even work. I use this for my pitching students. I bought (2) of them so I could use them at the same time as a RH batter and a LH batter, now down to just one. The durability is not constructed strong enough for beginning/intermediate pitchers who might hit the frame while learning accuracy.

I run the bullpen for my daughter's 12U baseball team. This item is very good to put next to the plate as a righty or reversed as a lefty, when I am warming the pitchers up to go into a game. It is easy enough to assemble or disassemble by yourself, but goes up quickly when you have a helper (one of the kids). So far, it's taken over a hundred 50-60mph fastballs without issue. It doesn't take up too much space in the car for away games and it helps the boys and my daughter focus on their target by simulating a batter.

The only thing is after 2 days of teaching the rod split on 1 of the poles when it got hit with a baseball . So I had to tap it with Electrical tape to keep it sturdy when getting hit with a ball. I do love it as a pitching instructor all my pitchers love it. But something should be added to make the poles stronger.
