I’m not sure about the people complaining on instructions, I thought that’s what YouTube was for. I combined this dried cabbage, along with some (dried) shiitake mushrooms in about a cup of water, microwaved it for a few minutes, then left to stand for maybe five minutes. I bought both to go in my ramen dishes mainly. I most definitely have not been disappointed at all. Will definitely be buying more.If there was anything to complain about, it would just be that I prefer these come in a resealable bag. But it’s not that big of a deal, because that’s why I buy plenty of ziplock bags.

Cabbage is very tiny, it is smaller than the dried vegatable in cup noodle. Because of the size, it is like eating recycle paper soared in water
