These smoked sausage snacks are the best. Ive tried a few other sausage and beef sticks, and i keep coming back to these. Theyve got a really nice jalapeno kick to them. Not super spicy, but just the right amount that i think would suit most people's palettes. Great smoked sausage flavor too. Out of the several bags ive gone through, ive never found any weird grissely bits or pieces of bone or anything. Thats a pretty good indication of processing quality. And they have a great, more dried out texture with a nice snap from the casing. I like that they are a little bit thinner and smaller than say like the Duke's brand sausages. The casing-to-meat ratio is just perfect, for a good snappy satisfying bite. These are just awesome. Im actually surprised they come from a big name brand like Tillamook. They taste like some small batch expensive gourmet sausages. And zero sugar to boot? Win win win! Btw you dont even need added sugar in something like this with this flavor profile. So unlike with some other zero sugar products, you wont miss the sugar at all. It is just a nice savory, smokey, spicey snack. The way it should be. I highly recommend.

This is the best flavor jerky and is really fresh.It has the right amount of moisture to keep it from being tough and chewy. It is also priced reasonably making it a good value.This is an excellent product and I will continue to purchase it.

Such a great snack to have handy so I don't reach for a cracker or chip. I love that they are small so you can more easily portion how many you want to eat. I know with the "full size" meat sticks I will eat it all even if I'm not the hungry. The price is right so I can freely share with co-workers. The flavor is bold without being too spicy or salty.

would not buy again-- they are OK but for the price... Also, they are a larger bag and once you open it says to use within 3 days...that is impossible for me being the only person eating them. Disappointed

Out of the bag, these are soft and delicious. Once you refrigerate the opened resealable bag (as recommended) they get not-so-soft but still edible. I've ordered about a dozen bags of these two at a time. Only one shipment tasted funny--way too much pepper. I tried some of the other flavors too but prefer this original. I also like the size of the sticks: you can have 2-4 as a very small snack and save the rest for later.

I tasted a lot of sugar-free beef jerky teriyaki jerky. I like this one because it doesn’t have a bland taste. It has a spice that I like sometimes I eat the whole bag. lol
