This staff works, and really well.I was dealing with many ear issues/infections lately. I have never got my ears checked or cleaned ever.So you can imagine, 43yo trying to do this by himself.I bought a machine with a camera that helped me to get rid of most of my wax and who knows what else, but without this product I would have never seen my eardrum. This water spray finalized the job properly. It was awesome to stop the ear infections and I gained quite a bit of hearing too!Warning, keep this bottle in your body for at least 15 minutes so the temperature of the spray matches your body temperature. I have never passed out in my entire life, and I made the mistake of using this spray without warming it up with my body. It took me down to the floor. I laid down until I recovered. Very bad sensation, I lost all my balance. You don't want to suffer this, so again, make sure the bottle and the liquid inside matches your body temperature.And don't worry about anything else, the spray is not strong enough to damage your ear drum or anything like that. This product is essential if you want your ears completely clean.

I love that I found this product as it's natural and easy way of cleaning ears. I also use natural sea salt saline rinse for nose and allergies too. Sea salt has so many benefits and ways of use it's amazing.

This is the best product for cleaning ears!!! It is easy to use, works incredible at removing ear wax, and it drains from ears easily without leaving a residue like other products. It takes seconds to do what no other product has done previously. Gentle and quick!

Yes, this ear rince cleans my ears effectively, but I am sorry to say that this spray does not last long. On my first pourchase, I was able to get about five effective applications before the can ran out of spray. I am now on my second can, and I see that after 3 applications, the spray pressure seems to already be decreasing and does not clean my ears as efficiently as the first spray. At almost $10 per can I estimate that the cost of the spray is about $2 per application. Maybe I am cheap, but this seems a too expensive to use on a daily basis. If you are using it about once a month, and you are satisfied with the results, then this product is really worthwhile.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this ear wash works. You just spray it in, massage the area and let it drain. If you have an issue with water getting trapped in your ear, you may want to follow up with a drying drop after cleansing.

No affect whatsoever. Seemed like it would be a clean and simple way of keeping my ear clean and free from buildup. But following the directions did not result in any loosening of existing buildup, neither has it helped to keep the was from building up in the first place.I've tried the corkscrew tips which didn't really work either, so I guess I'll just stick with the trusty ole Q-Tips for now.
