I operate and record with a micro computer and access them via the internet. The cameras have worked 24/7 for 2 1/2 years without a single problem. I periodically reboot the system just because...but mostly for the computer. I'm moving more equipment onto the lot so getting ready to install 2 more. The initial installation and camera configuration was straightforward and everything worked correctly using the Hikvision VMS. I like these cameras a lot.

The media could not be loaded. I received an opened box, most of the tapes on the camera were jammed. Opened boxes are usually sold with about the same price as a used one.

We had it professionally installed and it stopped working after one year with no warranty to replace.
