I have been exploring various types of flours for making gluten-free organic waffles, bread, pizza and cookies for my children. This flour is hands down THE BEST! it has a wonderful, clean oat aroma, and its find grind makes the dough made out of it sticky enough to make EXTRAORDINARY waffles, bread and cookies!!! I highly recommend this as the most non-contaminated, delicious and healthy flour for organic gluten-free backing and cooking! By contrast, rice flour and corn four so frequently used for gluten free cooking are heavily contaminated with arsenic and glyphosate.

Oat flour is one of my favorite specialty flours for use in baking muffins and the like, and I had always previously been able to find all the oat flour I needed in local grocery stores, until 2020 struck and the supply became inconsistent. So, I turned to Bolo. I had never heard of Yupik products before, but I ordered a bag because the price was reasonable enough. What I got was fresh, high quality oat flour just like I was looking for. I would certainly come back to this brand again.

I can't eat any flour but oat flour and this one is perfect. Really reasonably priced for the amount you get. Also the oats are ground to a very very fine powder. If you know what you can and can't bake with oat flour then you'll be very satisfied with this one.
