This was a good product. it shipped quickly without any unsealed or ripped packages. I repackaged into smaller quantities for long term storage. The potato dices seemed a bit small until they were rehydrated. I am well satisfied with this product and will probably order more.

I love the shelf stability of these. Takes quite a while to fully hydrate. But it's super for adding to a long simmering pot of soup.If you're going to make for example potatoes o'brien, let them rehydrate a couple of HOURS ahead time, or overnight if you're making it for breakfast.
