Works great.I ate the whole container in 4 days and now I'm the buffest brad on the block.Got so big I could no longer fit in my car or shower.I now sit on 2 chairs at a time and bathe in a kiddie pool.

As a Firefighter. One doesn't always get the chance to eat. This product meets Nutrition, easy Mixing, and calories with know stomach issues.

If you look at my profile you'll see I've tried a lot of different proteins lately. I was suggested this stuff from my doctor for some weight gain. I have to say, this stuff isn't half bad.Problems are that the scoops are huge, and the serving size is four of them. I do 2 at most and get 50 percent daily protein in one shake. I couldn't imagine doing 4 scoops, the amount of liquid that would be required to do that is more than I can handle.The flavor is actually quite nice if not a bit overpowering. They sweeten with coconut and unfortunately sucrolose. It's a bit too much especially when I like to add a banana to my shakes. The sweetness of the banana and the shake together is too much sometimes. I wish they would use much less sweetener or none at all. Regardless, this stuff seems like a great deal for the price and it doesn't screw up my stomach, so I like the stuff and would recommend it.
