Psyllium Husk arrived quickly & was well packaged by the seller. I use this when needed in GF recipes without it there would be no starchiness, making pasta with a flour blend that has PH works really well!!! My homemade GF Pasta is delicious and just as good as restaurant pasta. The stuff in a box does not come close! Don't be afraid to try new recipes just go for it!

I started adding psyllium husk fiber to my daily smoothie for bowel health. I decided to try this brand and have been very pleased. The texture is a bit thicker than other psyllium husk brands but as long as it's pure psyllium husk, it'll do the job. It does not create a different texture in my smoothies which is a plus.

I use this for baking gluten-free artisanal bread. You add warm water to it and mix it up before adding it to your dry ingredients along with a yeast/sugar/water solution. It gels and makes the flours that have no gluten act as almost as if they did have gluten. I have read that some psyllium husk products impart a weird purple color and this one does not. It just does what it's supposed to do: it lightens your baked goods into a texture like a sponge with small holes.
