Carb heavy and delicious. Less sodium than GF Bisquik. Works great for pancakes and waffles and goes perfectly with maple syrup. Add protein powder if you want to avoid a sugar crash afterwards. Generally, I need 1/2 cup for a couple of decent pancakes, so the serving size listed on package is not realistic unless you eat small. 1/2 cup comes to 66 grams of carbohydrates though, so be mindful if you use syrup as well.For the gym conscious: with the right oil and protein powder, you can get a pretty good 60% carb / 20% fats / 20% protein macro out of this.

A good quality mix for GF waffles.Each package is enough for roughly 3 batches of waffles. Good texture and taste - not like a lot of GF products that look and taste like cardboard.Only caveat is that, if you use almond milk instead of regular milk, the waffles do not brown properly and are rather light or anemic looking... just pour on more maple syrup and you are good to go.

These are the best pancakes I have ever eaten from a pancake mix. The flavour is awesome, it’s easy to make, doesn’t have all that added junk as other brands have, and is gluten free to boot. I adore them. Customer for life.
