There really is not any difference in this brand of tomato paste. It cooks up just like any other. The price is , quality, size and taste is good. It us good to keep on the shelf.

This is a good basic tomato paste. A bit sour though. Nice and thick, great base for soups and pasta sauce.

Very strong tart flavor, so keep that in mind since it can overpower other foods if you use too much. Thick even consistency.My only real complaint would be that all of the cans I ordered to try out came dented making it hard to scrape out all of the tomato paste. Other brands didn't have this issue so I don't know if the cans are just thinner, or if it was just a coincidence since pretty much all Bolo Fresh canned goods I've bought have been heavily dented.

This is a good basic tomato paste. A bit sour though. Nice and thick, great base for soups and pasta sauce.
