I was surprised how well it cleans and how practical it is. I had long wanted to improve my oral hygiene and I loved this irrigator. It is compact, easy to use and leaves your mouth super fresh, as if you were leaving the dentist. I like that it has several pressure modes, so I can use a soft one when I have sensitivity and a stronger one for a deeper cleaning. I also like that it is wireless and water resistant, so I use it quietly in the bathroom.Another point in favor is that it brings several mouthpieces and are stored in a bag that comes included, perfect for travel.

Unfortunately, after about a month of daily use, it stopped working. The motor would run, but no water would come out. I checked for blockages and even replaced the tips, but nothing helped.However, I’m now very satisfied with the experience. The seller rep (Doris) responded very quickly and helpfully. She suggested a few troubleshooting steps and even sent a picture to guide me. When the issue couldn’t be fixed, she offered a free replacement or a full refund. Doris from customer support sent me a brand new replacement, and I received it within just two days. Couldn't ask for better service. the machine is nice, looks great, functions well, comes with a travel case and replacement nozzles.my only issue with it is that it was not nearly strong enough to be effective for me. I also thought the water capacity was a little lacking. not necessarily a bad machine, but if you want a solid flossing i would recommend something stronger.if your gums are very sensitive i think you might like this

I liked this water flosser until it would not charge anymore after only 9 months.I wrote the above thinking the flosser was no longer in warranty. Based on my review, the company contacted me, letting my know it was still under warranty. I did not see the email from them and so did not immediately respond. The company then issued a refund without my request. Based on this, I would give the company 5 stars for their quick response and handling of the issue. 4 stars only because the product failed. Thank you..

Compré este aparato en Noviembre del 2020 y quise esperar un tiempo para probarlo, ya que había reviews que decían que dejaba de funcionar. Cuando lo compre no tenía brackets pero en enero de este año empecé mi tratamiento dental, debo decir que el irrigador me ha ayudado mucho con la limpieza dental con los brackets, la posibilidad de ajustar la potencia ayuda mucho cuando mi dentista me hace ajustes en los brackets y mis dientes vuelven a doler.No he tenido problemas de funcionamiento con el irrigador de esta marca, y las puntas se pueden encontrar aquí en Bolo (un tip, vi un video de You Tube donde recomiendan usar una vez al mes un poco de vinagre en una carga completa de agua, en aquellos lugares donde el agua tenga muchas sales, yo le he hecho para efectos de mantenimiento).
