I was extremely impressed and happy with the results. It’s easy to apply and leaves an amazing finish. I would recommend getting the cerakote microfiber applicators along even if you buy the rags. They’re just so easy to handle and it makes it easier to spread for full coverage.

So far, this stuff is incredible. I will update if the product lacks in longevity. Allegedly it should last 200 washes or something like that. I believe you get more than your moneys worth with how many applicators it comes with. I was able to do most of the trim on my car with one wipe. I may do a second coat tomorrow. All the sun spots and chemical damage from previous “trim restoration” products are instantly gone. The shine is immediately impressive, and seems to dry without the sticky residue you get from stuff like tire shine. So far, I strongly recommend this product.Update: after one week (second photo) and multiple heavy rains, this stuff has certainly held up thus far. Usually the other products I’ve used would have started to deteriorate by now so this is looking good

This product is amazing!! Put on as directed on my ‘03 Chevy Avalanche. Goes on easy! Brought new life back into my side trim and all the panel moldings!! Looks like NEW!!! Still looked perfect after a week and several rain showers!! Amazing!!Only have one suggestion…. I wish the product application cloth was some bigger in size! Takes forever and is difficult to cover that much side, wheel housing and bumper area. I should bump it one star. Didn’t because it’s so effective. Also needed to ‘buy again” as it wasn’t enough for all the trim and had to buy another quantity. Also haven’t applied the headlamp product, but will follow up.Here’s my follow up……. After 15 of days now, some areas that have even been treated twice now, after a week are starting to streak, while others look fine. Don’t believe it was my application because I had two coats as mentioned. I was ok with that because it was very faded. And again at first trim looked like new. Now sadly it’s starting to fade in some areas and I can see streaks. Not everywhere. But enough that it is starting to stand out.From a distance of 3-5 feet away is certainly noticeable. Seems to me the areas that get more sun exposure are affected more. So side panels down low look great. Higher on the side panels or trim on top of panels don’t look as good as when applied and after two coats.It’s only May and concerned now what will happen to the trim cote this summer.

I consider myself to be an expert on this type of product. I have a 17yo Jeep with a ton of what is supposed to be black plastic trim. Like all Jeeps the plastic turned gray. I tried everything with no success until I found Rustoleum Wipe New. It worked fine but was a bitch to apply. A lot of dried up product, has a terrible toxic scent and does not come in individually proportioned towelletes in sealed packets and is frequently unavailable. However, it worked well an application lasted well over twoyears.Wipe New again was not available this time so I tried this stuff. Gotta tell ya, application is a breeze. Nice easy individually wrapped proportioned towelettes so you can't over or under apply, absolutely no strong offensive odor and coverage is excellent, dries to the touch in no time. No streaks to go back over a second or third time like the Rustoleum.Obviously I am thrilled with the product based on application and hope the longevity comes close to that of the Rustoleum product. Based on my initial experience, the claims in the manufacturer's advertisement and customer reviews I am confident that I'll be satisfied with the ability of the product to hold up over time.

I am now a believe in Cerakote and their products. Was unfamiliar but decided to take a shot after coming across their great reviews and videos. The Headlight Restoration Kit was amazing, easy to use, and I love how it came out.So I tried this Cerakote Trim Restoration kit and it was even easier to use. The finish looks amazing on my late model Honda. Here, the sun is brutal and even after a few years, black trim can fade so quickly. This restoration kit was easy to follow, came with gloves, and the appearance upgrade was immediate. It was not a thick finish or runny, so you had to wipe away a lot of streaks.Not a picture guy, but like the headlight kid, I'm adding some here so you can see. I'm definitely buying another kit for my project truck to see if it will bring back some of that OEM stuff instead of replacing all of it!

The product itself works great. Turned my VW's trim from faded to original looking. Didn't take pictures, but the results were on par with others who have posted pics. I did see some streaking due to overlapping wipes. But not so noticeable that it was annoying. I found using the wipes a little difficult with the supplied gloves on. Was also difficult to wipe the trim and not get it on the paint or windows. Next time i'll mask things off with painters tape. I also think i'll try the option of buying it in a bottle with a foam applicator. Seems like it would be easier to control and hold on to, as well as a foam applicator could contour to the surface. We sold the car, so can't speak to longevity until we use it on another vehicle.
Definitely worth spending a little more on this product if you want a quality and lasting outcome

I have tried a few products in this class in the past and while they had reasonable results they were short lasting. THEY WEREN'T PLAYING AROUND WITH THEM WIPES
GEEZ. THESE WIPES COMPLETELY CHANGES THE LOOK OF MY TRUCK. I HAVE AN '08 FORD F150 AND THE TRIMS ARE JUST GONE, FADED. TO BE HONEST, I SAW MY TRUCK ON ONE OF THE IMAGES ON HERE AND I WAS LIKE 'YEA THAT'S THE RESULT, OKAY'. OBVIOUSLY I WASN'T EXPECTING MUCH AND THINKING IT'S JUST MARKETING PROPAGANDA. BUT AFTER I TRIED IT, COUPLE PASSES AND MY JAW DROPPED. YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW "SILVER" LOOKING MY TRIM WERE DUE TO FADING. IT JUST TURNED BLACK AND LOOKING LIKE NEW. I CAN DO A LITTLE BETTER ON THE APPLICATION BUT THE RESULT ARE FANTASTIC. BEEN DRIVING IT FOR 2 WEEKS RIGHT NOW, 2 WASHES WITH A POWER WASHER EACH WEEK, DIDN'T BUDGE. THIS THING STICKS PRETTY GOOD. VERY HAPPY WITH IT. SORRY FOR THE CAPS, I REALIZED IT AND I'M ALREADY MORE THAN HALF WAY MY REVIEW. LOL RIGHT.
