I use this for all sorts of recipes. Most of the time, I'll just put the whole can in a blender and make a puree, which I place in a freezer bag and freeze it into a sheet. When I need to flavor my chili, or a marinade, or whatever -- I just break off as much as I need, defrost it, and use it. It's great stuff!Now, if I could only understand why they're spelling it that way... There's only one "L" in chipotle. So, why are they spelling it chiLpotle???? (That's how it's spelled on the can. Weird.)

I found this brand of adobo peppers in sauce had just the right amount of heat to make it perfect in a variety of recipes requiring adobo.

I didn't get to tastes the loveliness of these. The can arrived dented, no idea when it got dented so i don't blame anyone.I wanted to say that I was very easily offered a refund or replacement can.

The package is all good, same as what you can buy in local grocery stores, but in 4x large size. Not complaining about the food itself, but wondering what is the wisdom of buying bigger can without getting cheaper unit price.

Perfectly balanced,can't do with out, goes well on its own or where ever your culinary imagination is willing to go, difficult to find genuine chipotle. Good value for a phat can!
