These are great! I love the flavor of maple syrup, but am less in love with the stickiness of it. Sprinkling chunks of maple sugar over waffles or pancakes isn't exactly the same, but tasted amazing and served up the flavor I wanted without the mess. We've now sprinkled these over coffee drinks, embedded them IN pancake batter prior to cooking, and added them to smoothies. We haven't had a really bad experience yet. They're pretty instinctive to use.The only caution I'd make to prospective buyers is to note that what you'll get is a large bottle of maple sugar chunks in a wide variety of sizes. If you're envisioning a uniform maple sugar you can sprinkle, this isn't what you want. Some of the chunks I received had dimensions of over an inch. I shook ours through a colander to separate them by size, and that was handy.

I found these from a social media post. If you like maple flavor, this is a really cool addition for you kitchen. They’re versatile - can be used like in pancakes or waffles or cake. Maybe even bread (haven’t tried). I melt them into coffee or hot cocoa. The bottle I received is pretty big and I expect it will last a long time. Love it.

I bought these for our Mother's Day Tea we had at home this year due to the COVID-19 issues. We used these to sweeten our tea, which was delightful. We enjoyed the same type of nuggets when we had afternoon tea at the Empress Hotel in Victoria, Canada this last year. I also used them in scones that I made to enjoy with our tea. They were wonderful, if I do say so myself. I would recommend these for baking and for sweetening hot drinks. They add a lovely subtle maple flavor.

They are not crispy or chewy or crunchy. They just feel stale.The flavor is like burnt sugar more than maple, but not as rich as caramlized sugar, and not with the fluffy crunch of honeycomb. Will not buy again.
