Not sure why this doesnt come with the mixing unit vs the painted one. My paddle had chipped years ago and I continued to use it. Occasionally I would see more coating chip off. I bought this for cookie making season and glad that I did. It clean easy and no more worries of paint chips in my cookies. It easily connects to my existing mixer.

Excellent product. I had ordered another brand before and had to return it after one wash in the dishwater. It turned black. I’ve been using this one for a year now and lost count how many times I had to wash it. Totally new still. This is what stainless steel supposed to be.

Me gustó mucho que no tiene una capa de pintura que se deshace como la que viene originalmente al comprar la batidora. Y cuando usé ésta por primera ocasión me terminó de convencer que fue una excelente compra.
