I first purchased the Cinnamon one to try it out. I love this paste! I think the only thing that you have to get used to at first is it does not foam or suds up like regular toothpaste because it does not have the surfactants and poison like on the shelf products. It is basically fine paste with the flavoring of your choice. I was lazy the other night and did not want to do my full get ready for bed routine and only brushed with my regular tube of toothpaste. Ohhh my... I did not realize how sweet toothpaste is and how unclean my mouth felt versus using the paste. Totally different. The paste is much better at cleaning and making my mouth feel super fresh. I did not want to waste my old toothpaste so I am using a 50/50 dose on my toothbrush and that is working well so far, it cuts down on the sweetness and feels and the mouth feel is so much better and feels like it is doing something rather than just a sweet surfactant swim in my mouth.

This product is excellent for folks with sensitive teeth (or not!) a very pleasant taste, and leaves your teeth feeling ultra-clean. A little goes a long way. We're huge fans of this product....better than other upscale pastes or tube toothpastes. And this is a great value.

I cannot recommend. My first few uses went well, but then I began to notice my teeth were yellowing, perhaps not from the toothpaste but lack of whitening ingredients, not sure, and I no longer felt it was cleaning as I hoped.

I seem to feel like I have no more tooth aches because the diomacious clay,& other ingredients draws toxins out of the gums and allows these teeth calcium calcifies over damaged enamel, but maybe that's just because I love the taste and feeling.

As far as remineralizing natural toothpastes go, this one is as good as the leading (and far more expensive) other brands. I use it every other day (the alternating days I use a standard fluoride base toothpaste) in order to give my teeth and enamel a break from the harsh cleaning the fluoride does.I also like that the oils in it are a nature anti-septic, so my breath stays fresher. My teeth feel better, stronger and less sensitive. Only complaint is that this toothpaste (and all remineralizing pastes I've used) aren't the best for cleaning your gums (the clay content tends collect in the crevasses and gaps in your teeth.
