The toners work perfectly in my Canon printer. Their customer service is also very good. I made a mistake unboxing my order and thought something was incorrectly shipped to me. They responded quickly and offered excellent solutions. However, then I determined that the problem was my fault. So no problems.

Canon has some of the best ink and toner out there...it's just WAY overpriced. I've been using some of the "aftermarket" toners in my MF Imageclass from time to time although they don't come close to Canon toners, not to mention they ALWAYS fail after several hundred prints no matter the brand. but they're CHEAP! These OEM carts will be REFILLED with InkOwl toner once spent...DON'T discard your OEM carts! InkOwl is nearly as good as OEM, but you do need the OEM carts for the transition!

I know they cost more, but it's so worth the price! As with some products, with these you really get what you pay for. I had previously purchased knockoff brands and had toner leaks, scratches on chips that totally kept me from printing, etc. With name brand, never a problem and keeps my company moving smoothly!
1.0 out of 5 stars Defective Cartridge-Received no Help from Canon
The color cartridges worked fine, but the black one started spraying everywhere in my printer. I had to go and clean it out, and then discovered the black cartridge has a defect on the roller. It caused a lot of issues with my printer which is really distressing, considering the ridiculous amount of money it costs for these “super special” genuine cartridges.I called Canon to see how they could help, and the answer was the cartridge is out of warranty and they could do nothing. (I purchased these cartridges as a bundle but didn’t need the black right away, so installed that one after the color. Big mistake, apparently!) I find it insane to pay this amount of money, receive a defective product that messed up my printer, and receive no help. So my options are to purchase another one, or get a different printer. I suppose the takeaway is: avoid this printer if you can, but if it is too late, make sure you are going to use all of the toner within the warranty.
OEM is the Best
There are so many ink and toner knockoffs out there but trust me when I say, always go with Cannon OEM. We learned the hard way and bought a knockoff and it was just terrible. These OEM ones work perfectly!

Toner seems to be damaged by mail. Was making strange noise.
Colors works fine. Toner is doing lines even if we make several cleaning. Was not doing this with other toner. Most probable broke during mailing. Was doing strange noise when received.Not making me look professionnal atm :-/Cannot afford another one at the moment.
