These posters perfectly accompany our new TRX straps. They give clear instructions for many different exercises. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition with great instructions on the best way to flatten them. We chose to use tacky putty to hang them in our gym which works extremely well. It was a great idea to have one side horizontal and the other vertical so there are choices for positioning them on the wall. Excellent product!

I love the charts. They are very informative. I’ve completed suspension exercises I otherwise would not have thought of otherwise. Thank you.HOWEVER, I believe placing high resolution pictures of the moves instead of illustration will be value added. Don’t get me wrong, I love these charts. From a continuous improvement standpoint, high resolution pictures of the movement may be the next iteration. I did not make this determination in a vacuum. I do possess a few charts of actual pictures that are not as comprehensive as yours. But somehow I connect better emulating the pictorial examples than the illustrations. Both work, just one is more effective connecting with me. Personal preference possibly.

Really nice charts for any exercise area. Clip mount them so you can reserve the side and you have 4 useful posters to inspire you to sweat the little things, your exercise routines.

Reverse-roll to flatten before hanging or attaching to a vertical surface. I have these hanging on a wall next to my TRX. "A picture is worth a thousand words."

The exercises on here are good and offer good variety, but I don't understand why they would make them double sided? If I put it in the wall I now have to take it down and reverse it to see the other side. To be clear there are two "sheets" in my package. One has body weight exercises on one side and strap (TRX) exercises on the other. The second sheet has the same but with different exercises.Description wasn't clear and would be better just single sided so you can hang them and leave them.
