Been taking these for years, and with the amount of stress I'm under, I'd be bald. So it really helps maintain good hair growth and strengthens nails. Fills in your missing Collagen.

I've used this product brand in the past and gotten compliments. about my skin. It glows. (at least it showed some changes for the better.) The tablets are a chore to swallow, especially 6 at a time. I've used the powder form in the past in water or orange juice, and it takes a lot of stirring to dissolve. Hence the switch to the tablets. which I take 3 at a time.

I am already using it for almost 2 months and I can see the effectiveness of this tablet on nails, esp on my hair. Good choice. I just hope that they will always have offers with this product.
