Gum out High Mileage Fuel Injector Cleaner is designed for high mileage vehicles, cleaning fuel injectors, intake valves, and ports to restore performance and fuel economy and reduce emissions. High Mileage Fuel Injector Cleaner also prevents future carbon build-up on indirect fuel injectors, intake valves and ports, and combustion chamber. It is oxygen sensor safe and also safe for use in turbocharged and supercharged vehicles. It will not void OEM/manufacturer’s warranty. Directions: Add entire bottle to nearly empty gasoline tank, then fill tank with up to 21 gallons of gasoline. For best results, do not refill tank until near empty. Use every 3,000 miles.

I did a little research and found out this product uses PEA as an additive and had good reviews. I tried it in a '16 Camry 2.5 that was starting to develop a bit of rough idle stopped in gear with no accessory load. I put a bottle in at 1/2 tank or 8 gallons, and by the time I got to a 1/4 tank the problem was nearly gone. By the time I got to 1/16 of a tank the problem was gone. I will be using this product at every 5K mile oil change. I am sold! This car is not direct injection so it is cleaning the intake valves as well. Oh and BTW I use top tier gas whenever possible and the car has 150k miles.

Not just vest injector cleaner for the money but best one overall in my opinion. No matter what vehicle I put this in I get a performance boost and a considerable one. Usually that implies injectors are indeed getting clogged and most vehicles you can say that is true but no matter what the degree of holdback from your fuel system or injectors this stuff will always give you a boost because it changes the viscosity of the fluid and if you have a performance vehicle or a tune that is allowing more air or even cold air then you're going to want this in every tank to get the most out of your vehicle and because of what I just said is exactly why your fuel efficiency will be better as well. In my Honda when I have the AC on my performance drops so bad it's ridiculous and when I use this I get a lot of that performance back. There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to use this in every tank but realistically you probably only need it every oil change.

I found a video by Scotty Kilmer, a popular YouTube automotive expert, where he tested this product on a car to see how well it works. In the video, he used a borescope to check the engine’s cylinders before and after running two full tanks of fuel treated with the product. The results were impressive: the cylinders looked much cleaner after using the additive, with clear reductions in carbon deposits and dirt. Scotty pointed out that this was an independent test, done without any sponsorship or outside influence, which meant the results were fair. Based on his findings and the manufacturer’s directions, I chose to use the product as instructed, adding it to my fuel tank to keep my engine running well and clean. The simple application and noticeable results make it a great addition to my vehicle maintenance routine, especially for keeping the fuel system and cylinders in good shape. I use it every 2 months (approx 3-4k miles) and my acceration and idle are like it came out of the factory.
