I highly recommend this product. I have been searching for magnesium supplements to help with sleep. These work incredibly well! I definitely sleep better when taking these after trying no less than 4 other competitive products.

4.0 out of 5 stars A Low Dose Of One Of The Best Forms Of Magnesium
Magnesium glycinate is one of the best forms of magnesium and is even significantly more absorbable than magnesium citrate (which itself is a good form of magnesium). So, if I were to choose the best form of magnesium possible, it would be this. It is much better especially than cheaper forms like magnesium oxide (although this does contain a little magnesium oxide as a buffer, which in this case is a good thing).However, this is a very low dose of magnesium. It only contains 36 mg per pill. While more of this will be absorbed than a much higher dose of magnesium from magnesium oxide, it is still a pretty low dose. To get the RDA (400 mg), you'd have to take over ten of these. This makes it much more expensive than other options.

I feel it has been helpful with my leg spasms and bowels. My Vitamin D3 levels have not been tested since I have been on it, so I cannot comment on if has helped with absorbtion yet.

Noticeable Difference with Daily Use
I take one of these Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules once a day, and I can genuinely feel the difference. It helps support relaxation, muscle health, and overall wellbeing.The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that the magnesium is fully chelated for maximum absorption. After a few weeks of daily use, I’ve noticed improvements in my energy levels and how my body feels overall. A high-quality supplement that I plan to continue using.

My chiropractor recommended this for my muscles. I have been having some serious issues , chronic fatigue syndrome, which affects my muscles spasming out and torquing my joints out of place. Amazing something lacking in you as simple as magnesium can affect your body so much. My blood work actually shows I'm magnesium deficiency. As in before I was showing nothing in my blood work. Thanks to the after effects of having Covid-19 a year ago. Definitely going to purchase again. Now that I found other supplements I use regularly through this company, I will buy them from here.
