When I look at a Parker T-ball Jotter, I don’t just see a nice pen. I see the ferrule at the tip that keeps the pen’s barrel from deforming when used by a heavy hand over the years. I know the large ink supply inside makes each refill last longer.I know that “T-ball” stands for the texture on the surface of the ballpoint that allows it to grip difficult surfaces so it can continue to roll and lay down ink without skipping in a way that lesser pens don’t. I know the arrow-shaped clip that holds the pen to my shirt pocket is made of spring steel, is particularly strong, thick, and difficult to deform out of design specs. I know that clip has a shaped tip under the head of the arrow that makes it particularly difficult to dislodge from the hem at the top of my shirt pocket.All of these things add up to a well-made, well thought-out pen that hasn’t changed since 1956, and I know all this stuff about that pen because I have eyes and hands and a brain and I was taught how to use them.

The has been a pen that I used for years. It fit good in my hands. The quality of the ink is great. The packing is great not much of waste. Its very functional for write on most surfaces. It has the same comfort that it did for years. Many different color to choose from.

I started using this type of pen over 70 years ago when I received it as a prize in an elementary school writing contest. it continues to be the best pen I have ever used, it does not skip over paper that my hands or other things have left oily or othewise smudged. Just glad the still make it since they don't last forever, but come close.

It's a great pen, writes really smooth. Only flaw is that it scratches with jeans. I'm not sure what other types of fabric it scratches with but something to keep in mind. Other than that I really like it. 4 stars.

Not the substantial pen of yesteryear. I used Parker T Ball most of my career and found it to reliable, well made, weighty and feel good in my hand. After not using one for 20 or so years I was fed up with the cheap pens on the market so bought a new Jotter. Not the same! Cheap, light weight and smaller. I should have known given the price.
