Absolutely worth the money. We struggled with tons of wasps for years, and we recently replaced our soffits (which is where they were nesting inside) and hung these traps to catch them afterwards and our problem has pretty much gone away. I didn’t hang mine with the guards as they didn’t catch nearly as many as without them. Super easy to use and so sticky! These easily last for months, depending on how full of wasps they get ;) The attached pic is after the problem has (mostly) diminished so not nearly as many and it’s been hanging for about 6 weeks. When the problem was severe, there were more than double the wasps stuck on. Do yourself a favor if you have a wasp problem and get them!! You won’t regret it.

Absolutely best thing for your money! We’ve had mud daubers for three years now and after multiple pest control companies came out we would still fight them. It got to a point where we couldn’t sit on our porch and thought we would have to rebuild the deck in order to get rid of them. But then I found these. Not only has it quickly illuminated the mud dauber problem it’s also caught mosquitoes and other pests. We can now enjoy our deck! Thank you!

Hung them up and within a week several carpenter bees were captured. Has to be placed well as I don't believe there is anything luring them to the trap, they just happen to get stuck. One bee I noticed did get stuck and worked itself free. It was debilitated on the ground though afterwards.

What a trap, we have set ours up beneath our overhang, which is otherwise a perfect spot for wasps to build a nest, and have absolutely done a number on them. Doesn't smell, doesn't have bait to rot or need to be replaced, and the cage keeps the birds from getting stuck. Because it's a visual lure, you have to place the traps where they are at least partially lit by the sun so the colors pop out to our little insect invaders, and place it in spots that are already popular with wasps. Highly recommended for a no hassle, effective trap

For the first couple of weeks these mostly just caught a stray fly or moth, maybe once every few days. Then one week out of the blue, one trap had 10 wasps caught on it, and the other had dozens of flies. I don’t think they necessarily attract bugs but eventually they catch a lot that happen to fly by. They’re easy to put together and hang up too. I hung mine on some screw hooks, one under the edge of the roof and one at the corner of my wooden deck

My wife is very allergic to wasp stings, and unfortunately our Air Conditioning units sit right next to our back door. Wasps love to build nests in AC units and that meant every trip out the door in warm weather was a life threatening experience for her. We tried sprays, foams, and a variety of poisons which did nothing except annoy the wasps. These things are just simple glue traps and I admit to being surprised at how really well they work. We hung two near the AC units in early spring and were absolutely amazed at the number of wasps and yellow jackets that got caught in the first week alone. We must have caught a few queens because there have been no nests in our eaves or in the ACs so far. I'm so impressed I just bought 2 more for my barn. Also, if you are wondering if they stay sticky after getting wet or being out for several weeks the answer is yes - they stay very sticky. And there is no smell to them, so my dogs leave them alone, unlike some bait traps we've tried.

This product worked better than expected. After trapping a carpenter bee on it ourselves, it drew a bunch of others. They were swarming this area and it seemed like most were gone. It is very sticky, really only one time use. After a few days, the bees stuck started to fall off. Looks like should be discarded after the one use, as other bees seemed to stay away with all the dead ones on there.

They come back every year and I can never find the nest. I have tried the fake wasp nests. The ones that look like honey pots. The ones with the clear plastic bag and would catch 2 to 3 wasps max all summer. I bought this having very low expectations since nothing else ever worked but was willing to try anything because there are easily 100 wasps buzzing around all day. I have had this up 2 weeks and it has at least 50 wasps on it and I haven't seen a single live one flying around since I put it up. It seems like they are immediately attracted to this thing. I rarely leave reviews but I had to for this because it works so well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Work very well
We had a wasp problem in the back on the upper deck and on the patio. Once bugs land on this there is no getting off. This will catch anything, wasps, hornet & bees. We have already purchased 2 more for next year. The wasp problem was pretty bad last year but we've had none flying around this year and the trap is quite full.

These work like a charm! Better than any other product out there. Highly recommend for any high wasp area and I will be stocking up. Suggest shopping around for price-Canadian Tire also carries this item but was sold out.
