I'm 61, have already been through menopause. But you can still have now and again order down there.I still get yeast infections after sex. The first time I used the Balance Complex I couldn't tell any difference and I used as directed. I'm going to keep trying, no promises yet down there.Now the Boric Life if there is even a hint of oder I will use just one capsule and it goes away. It's hot 🔥 here in Tennessee already. At one point I was actually sitting on an ice pack to keep cool down there. I was having a terrible time with itching all around down there. I don't know what was causing it. I used itch creams daily. Showered and kept myself clean and dry but the itching continued.But when I started using this daily my skin down there cleared up. I couldn't believe it and after 2 weeks it is still pain free, redness gone, itching gone. I don't have to sit on ice packs or change my underwear and liners 3-4 times a day because I sweated so much to feel clean and itch less.Now no problems at all.I will buy this product again. Just like that after 5 years.It was almost too good to be true.I took them before bed and you do get leakage so make sure you wear a liner.They aren’t a complete cure because as soon as you stop taking them the issue comes back after a week or so so taking them is a long term thing for me.Also I just tried to take the suppositories without the oral ones as they taste rank and wasn’t as effective as taking both.I would definitely recommend the routine of taking before bed and wearing a pad as then at least the leakage is happening at night.Without sounding gross and oversharing I felt my odour down there was for me awful & strong so I feel if it works for me it’s definitely a good product.

Had just ordered this due to the high reviews.The combo pack came in today.And as I'm reading they both claim to be made in an FDA registered and inspected facility but also claim they're not evaluated by the FDA. So?There's also a spelling error on the boric bottle in the warning section.The size of the suppository plastic capsule is quite small. Think penicillin.So I would imagine laying down for insertion would be your best bet to get it to stay put?On to the feminine capsulesWhen I first opened the bottle it smells like oregano, I don't mind the smell in small doses.These pills are MASSIVE in comparison to the suppository capsules. Literal horse pills.So I'm not sure I'll even be able to swallow this, as I have a hard time with regular small button shaped tylenol. ...So I hope these work, having to fight off an infection from time to time.If they do work. I'll try to remember to post back when I need to use these.Until then, I have no reason to believe they don't workUpdate:So with the vitamins, I've been taking daily since they've arrived.I only take 1 a day rather then the 2 a day it recommends.The strong oregano scent these pills let off in bottle, yah... get used to your downstairs smelling just like oregano.This is just after 1 week of use. Of just 1 a day.It's a faint smell, but you know it's there. So I could only imagine what it would be like if I were to take the 2 recommended haha.

Bought this duo pack (Boric Acid & Cleansing capsules) February 5th (delivered) and been using a suppository every night since (5th day today) along with the oral probiotics and I can already feel a difference!!I was skeptical at first but after trying for myself… definitely a game changer.I didn’t have an infection but just felt “off”. I’ve had a hysterectomy many years ago and seeing as I no longer have a “self cleaning oven”, I find it harder to “flush out” and feel “cleansed”. These capsules have made a tremendous difference in such short time.A must try!Only downside is I wish it came with an applicator(s). I bought a pack of disposable applicators on Bolo but the suppositories are too small and slip out of the applicators. A bit tedious but manageable.
Purchased Oral & Suppositories
I purchased both the oral probiotic and the v*****l suppositories. They were delivered quickly, I received them today. While I have yet to try the suppositories, which I will return and review after I do even though o am nervous to now….. I took a single oral capsul (yes, I more than triple checked the bottle to ensure I didn’t mix them up!) and I ate with it as the bottle suggests… however, there is now this burning heat from my chest up my entire throat (similar to bad acid reflux) even though I’ve swallowed some bread, it feels like the capsule may be stuck somewhere (capsules are large) & I tried to burp hoping the air may dislodge what feels stuck but nothing moved and the taste was AWFUL and the burning got worse… it took 15 minutes for the burning to go from a 6.5 down to a 2…. Not sure if I’ll take these oral capsules ever again, I’m scared! But I will be back regarding the suppositories. Hopefully those don’t burn! 😬😰I’ve stopped taking these probiotics, they BURN my stomach, chest and throat EVERY TIME, even when taken with food, yogurt, ice cream and it STILL burns at least 15 minutes after swallowing the capsule. Wasted $$ & still have to purchase another probiotic.
Be careful to not mix up bottles!!!
The cap should be red. I worry someone could mistaking swallow the boric acid that is meant to be inserted in the vagina. Swallowing could kill you.
