When I opened the bag I was shocked that it didn’t smell it’s normal pungent peppery smell that I don’t particularly like. But it’s really hard finding organic finally ground black pepper in stores so I had ordered it online and when I opened it it smelled slightly floral crossed with peppery. When I tried it I was delighted to find that it has a much more subtle spicy pepper taste then the aggressive pepper that you’ll find at supermarkets. I even accidentally added way too much to my salad dressing that I make to the point that I thought I had ruined it but when I tried it it was absolutely delicious. This is probably the best pepper I’ve had in my life

I use this every day. I like the fine grind to add background flavor. I adds a kind of richness without an overwhelming peppery flavor.Sometimes I want the strong pepper flavor of freshly coarse ground black pepper but very often this is my go-to.

This is the finest ground pepper that I have ever seen. Think pepper powder. The aroma is strong. It tastes like pepper. Finding a proper shaker with super tiny holes for this pepper is a challenge.

Bought a bag of this very fine pepper in 2024. Dangerously fragrant, and amazing flavors. This is not what I would use as a table or finishing pepper, it's ground for even dispersal. Performance in spice mixes has been fantastic.What prompted this review, I used up what I thought was the remaining glass jar last year, making assorted blends. Then found that original bag (never a good storage method, plus two years old) TODAY with about 2-3 dry ounces remaining. Still fragrant, no aging bitter notes! Yes, even sneeze worthy from some distance above the bag.I was blown away. So I bought more, hoping it's still such a powerhouse. Thank you for this product! I never expected such a fine grind to last so well.

I just tried a dab out of the package while transferring to mason jars. This is hands down the best pepper I've ever had.. They know what they are doing.. It taste like a high quality organic product.. I could just tell the growers care about their product. I had to drop a review. Very fresh, very spicy.

Liked this product. It is a very fine grain, almost a powder, but I find that it spreads well and has a good flavor. I use it in almost all of my cooking. Coats a sunny side up egg nicely. I try to buy bulk when I can to reduce cost/waste and this fit the bill.
With this spice you need no other
I originally purchased this pepper because I was always buying the small shakers of pepper and wanted to buy more at once. So I saw this bigger bag and tried it. I will NEVER go back to those regular small containers I used to get. This is REAL black pepper. The flavour is far more superior than any other black pepper I have had before. Black pepper is a great spice and has a lot of excellent health benefits. And this one is my ONLY one I will ever buy from now on.

FINE GROUND BLACK PEPPER
I have been looking for finely ground black pepper for ages and finally found this brand on Bolo. I love pepper and this brand is fresh and tastes delicious and it's organic. Where I live all you can find in the grocery stores is a medium to larger ground pepper, which is alright but I like to mix the two together. When recipes call for black pepper I like to use the finer ground pepper. Just my choice. The price $12.99 for 1 lb. to me is a good deal unless you like paying $5.00 or more for a small bottle of it, which I don't. I hope this will be available on Bolo the next time I want to buy some. It's very good.
