It is loud but it is STRONG suction - unreal strong. It holds a charge pretty good so far, as haven't used it much past probably 5 mins total time if that to pick up a stray piece of cat hair (we have 2 cats on lanai during the day) and also a stray dead bug, or spilled ashes from my husband's cigarettes..I can't tell u how pleased we are with the strength of this vacuum's suction.

Nice compact lightweight unit that I use mostly for those quick car interior cleanup jobs. Gets into most tight places and has plenty of suction to pick up the loose dirt. The built-in wand extension is greatly appreciated. For the price point well built. Definitely beats hauling out the large shop vacuum for smaller jobs. Seems to hold about a 30–45-minute charge on low power setting when new. Does take a long time to fully recharge - usually 4-5 hours. Easy to clean.

Love the suction, but for the love of all that is good, stop with the proprietary chargers. I just want usb c. This way if I lose that charger, I can still use the vacuum.

This is my new best friend. It cleans effortlessly and easily. It charges quickly and holds power for about 20-30 minutes at a time. I love that’s it’s a handheld cordless vacuum I can use in a pinch. It empties easily and quickly. No fuss. I can rinse the filter. It is a Black&Decker which has a reputation for durability and reliability. I am so happy with this!

Awesome Vacuum cleaner. Perfect for cleaning light dust & hair during daily use on bathroom floor or furniture dust or car sand after beach visit. Powerboost mode is better for everything. Not used enough to comment on how long charge lasts. But it has been perfect for our use case. Attached Before after pics of bathroom floor which had dust and hair. Cleaned within 5mins using Powerboost mode.

I had wanted to like this device so much after having many Black & Decker tools. After about a month, the level of suction diminished greatly, and I followed all the steps to clean the device, filter, etc. This activity did not improve until I looked down the barrel of the nozzle, only to see a buildup of dust, hair, etc. I used a long tool to remove this, and that improved the functionality. I was surprised to see what appears to be a black rectangular piece of plastic that blocks the inlet where the nozzle meets the body. I can hardly see any gap to allow items to be vacuumed in.What disappoints me most is that everywhere on the internet, company websites, instructions, etc, there is no addressing or awareness that this could be a problem, and always blaming the filter being clogged as a solution. I am sure I am not the first to have this issue and one line of instruction could improve the integrity of this device.

Works as promised. One piece with attached extension so no annoying base. Just sits on the laundry room counter, charging cable in drawer directly beneath the counter. Great for CORNERS that are magnetics for flotsam and jetsam in entry off garage and kitchen corners. Quick car clean ups will be a snap. Attached extension is all I need. Not handfuls we'd never use. Our plan is also to use it to wrangle Miss Beanie's dry kitty litter that goes flying when she visits with a relative. ( We take the motto "Love me?/Love my cat." to heart.) Very easy dust bin to empty with the push of a button, and easy to replace filters. Sturdy vac with no cord to deal with and plenty of suction power for our uses. Looked at lots a handheld vac models online. I am glad we got this one.

My "older than dirt Oreck" died a quick painless death recently & I never thought I would find a replacement for her. 😭 Much research led me to this B&D hand-held and she has renewed my house-cleaning spirit! She's fast, multiple speeds, easy to clean, gets into crevices and corners etc. Thank you, Black & Decker for helping me through this difficult moment. RIP Oreck. Welcome home B & D 😉

Have just received this and there is a loose piece of triangular clear plastic with a black flap. Should this be fitted into the dust box? Anyone had the same issue and is it important.

This vacuum is great! I love that the filters are washable. I ended up buying one extra filter so far just to be able to wash and rotate them as one dries. The suction is strong and handles allkinds of dry messes! Easy to empty! Seems well made! I am pleased with this vacuum, I DO recommend it!

So easy to empty and charge

I love this dustbuster vac. I struggled for years with one that had a different design that was so difficult to empty the cannister and reattach it. This one couldn't be easier-press one button to open and dump. The dual filters inside are also very easy to remove, clean, and reinsert when necessary. It's got great suction and is super easy to charge-just plug it in. There are no bases for it to sit in and no battery to remove and reinstall to charge. It's also not too heavy.
