This is a very nice assortment of blades, which I will use for my 1990's era Craftsman jigsaw.They fit the saw well, and I expect them to perform well when cutting.The case they come with is pretty nice. As you can see in the video, I struggled a little to open it ;-) Once I got it open, though, it is working well.As you can see in the photo, there is some residue on the blades. That is from a foam strip that is attached to the packaging to hold the blades in place. That was stuck to the blades, which is what was making it difficult to open the case. I'll plan to clean that residue off the blades with a little mineral spirits. No big deal.I actually pulled off the foam strip and the RFID tag that was underneath it, and I think I may replace the foam strip with another foam strip that I have here at home. The foam strip is optional, though. Without it, the blades will rattle around inside the case, and may get mixed up from one compartment to another.Also, this set comes with metal blades for thin metal and "thick" metal (not actually very thick; check the packaging but I think it might be 1/8 in). I learned that there are also jigsaw blades available for medium metal. This set doesn't include blades for medium metal, but I think that you're usually fine with either the thin or the thick metal blades. If you want to pick up a couple medium metal blades though, they would fit in this case by shuffling around where you have the blades stored.Overall a nice set that I'm happy with.
