I have taken L-Ornithine for sleep for a few years and this is at least as good as any version I have ingested, and at a good price. I have Lyme Disease and do not sleep well so take whatever natural supplements I hear about or someone suggests, like in the online Lyme support group I am part of. This is THE ONE I make sure I always have on hand.

My 18 year old daughter has a hard time getting to sleep. Since whiskey is not an option at her age (just kidding) I remembered that I used ornithine years ago to help me drift off. I ordered this for her. I told her to take one before bed. They knock her out. Ornithine is a natural amino acid that has many benefits. Especially for muscle function. This brand in particular is very good

I never have issues falling asleep, but I often wake up in the middle of the night and struggle to go back to sleep.I believe this product has helped to reduce that issue overall.I recently stopped taking this supplement for a week and really noticed a negative difference!

The “1500 mg per serving” should tip you off that you should look closer! I just started taking it, so I really can’t say if it’s helping me sleep yet. But it’s misleading advertising to sell it this way!!

I bought this to help with my insomnia after I remembered that Hulda Clark’s liver cleanse involves taking four L-Ornithine capsules before bed to help you sleep as the liver stones make it through the tiny ducts. I have tried just about everything else, including Ambien, Melatonin, Hydroxizine, etc., and so far so good, as I have experienced genuine sleepiness. It is nice to read of the other listed benefits of this liver enzyme that I was not aware of.

I take L-Ornithine every day and my dose is 1500 mg. I have always had to take three at a time because I could never find them in a larger dose per capsule. Now I only need to take one and I am thrilled! I am not a fan of taking pills, so this makes it easier and quicker. Thankyou!!!!!!!!!

This product is not manufactured correctly or their machine is broken. There is so much Ornithine powder all over the inside of the bottle that's not in capsules, it's like they put the powder in the capsules by hand. Very sloppy product. Also, I purchased the 250 count that is supposed to be 125 servings according to them, but Directions say serving size daily is 3 capsules. Someone is terrible at math.
