I am going to use this as a journal for new business ideas and meeting notes. The weight of the leather outer shell is substantial, so I suspect that this refillable journal will not only last a long time, but will weather nicely with age!

Great service and quality
Our 3rd wedding anniversary is this month and my husband is very difficult to buy for on a good day let alone trying to follow the traditional anniversary gifts with year 3 being leather. I decided to buy this “journal” because of the leather cover but also bc I liked the added touch of his initials being on the cover. I proceeded with the purchase and after checking out had no idea how the vendor knew what initials I wanted bc there is no field for you to enter them in before paying. I emailed Bolo and on the same day got an email from the vendor (Jon) and got it sorted. The delivery date was end of May to June 2 and in my email to Jon I casually said that I was hoping to get it by the 29th bc it was a gift for my husband. He said he would do his best - it arrived days later. I was so impressed I emailed him to thank him.Now, do I think this journal is worth $100? No I don’t but, it is very nice. The cover is thick and well made and I like the added pockets on the inside for business cards or plastic. I prefer silver over gold but I thought gold would make his initials stand out more. I wish I would have gone with silver. The gold looks a little “cheap”. Also the pen holder is small so you need to get a slim pen to fit. Overall I’m happy which is why I gave it a 4 star.
