The media could not be loaded. This is a nice concave lens that has silicone bumpers to prevent it from cracking and the minimize the chance of the top coming off of the base. For the price it is an excellent value. It functions very well, and contributes to a smooth spin and good spine time.For those with precision tops it is a must buy.

The DjuiinoStar 4" Spinning Top Base sits securely on the counter or desk. It's a piece of concave glass that is wrapped in a rubber-like gasket to hold it securely on the surface, makin for a nice little platform for a spinning top to circle around so it isn't affected by the imperfections on a normal surface.I will say the glass is a little bit too smooth, as if the top is spun with an angled momentum (the z-axis is tilted), as it swirls around the center of the surface, the z-axis tilt gets worse rather than better. I surmise this is because the top actually slips across the surface at times.I don't get really good times from this. My quartz countertop gives a nice solid surface that provides a better time on long-spin tops than this thing does and I'm not really sure why. Regardless, it's nice to have a surface that keeps the top on it, and I don't have to have a super level surface then. Decent base.

Works better than a magnifying mirror. I also purchased on of their tops. Wow! it does spin for more than 10 min. The issue is that it scratches the glass every time it is used. Buy the glass - it is worth 5 stars. The top - well it does spin an amazing time, but at the cost of destroying the surface it spins on - including this fancy piece of glass.

I have enjoyed all things mechanical. This base for a metal-turned top is a great contained surface for spinning a stainless, brass, or titanium top. I find effective relaxation in spinning the top while working at my desk.
Very good top base.
Has enough concaveness to keep the top in one area, but enough to see it moving around. Tested with both string wound and finger spun tops, works well with both. Both sides can be used. There is a spot on one side where the spring wound top would start buzzing(perhaps a rough spot?) but it’s too small to be felt with a finger. I’m overall satisfied, would recommend.

This is, so far, a nice little base for spinning tops. It is well engineered, good build quality. We shall see how is holds up to a few hard top impacts!
